I’m Mélanie, an artist manager and booking agent who began her journey in 2019, working closely with emerging talents from diverse backgrounds. As a booking agent, I’ve had the privilege of representing visionary Indigenous artists—a new wave of voices reshaping Québec’s contemporary music scene.
With over seven years of experience in the music and festival industries, and as co-founder of the electronic music label and channel 8day, my mission is clear: to build careers with a global vision and to foster artists who leave a lasting, positive impact.
Born and raised in Mexico City, I believe that the most meaningful paths are shaped through intention, evolution, and bold artistic choices.

I’m Lilith Takahashi Masso, a Communications graduate who fell in love with research after realizing that the heart of culture today lives in digital communities.
My passion for film, art and music is what led me here—watching how the biggest artists rise not just through talent, but by deeply understanding their fandoms and creating spaces where fans feel seen.
Along the way, I’ve had the chance to work with brands like Netflix LATAM, helping them uncover what digital audiences really want and need to make campaigns and events resonate.
What drives me is finding the exact intersection between data, creativity, and community.
